The Operations Coordinator has two main responsibilities. One is to support the Account Managers to ensure all clients and projects are set up accurately and keep in compliance. This includes collecting all certificates and tax documents and ensuring they are up to date. Second is to source and secure outside vendors to complete client projects. This means procuring new vendors and negotiating with existing vendors while ensuring compliance with The Firm’s policies and requirements. This role will interact with other internal client support team members on vendor issues to ensure that customer expectations are always met, and the vendor obligation is fulfilled.

The Facilities Administrative Assistant has two main responsibilities. One is to support the Account Managers to ensure all clients and projects are set up accurately and keep in compliance. This means procuring new vendors and negotiating with existing vendors while ensuring compliance with The Firm’s policies and requirements. This role will interact with other internal client support team members on vendor issues to ensure that customer expectations are always met, and the vendor obligation is fulfilled.
This role will serve as a primary Vendor and Account contact and is pivotal to developing high touch relationships. We are a growing company with a small team seeking others interested in growing with a small company.
The Staff Accountant is responsible for all AP/AR, Invoices, General ledger and reconciliation tasks. This role is also responsible for setting up new hires, processing payroll and submitting quarterly and annual reports. Successful candidates will have extensive knowledge of QuickBooks and at least one payroll software.
The Operations/Service Manager is the direct manager of all Account Managers. This role oversees, manages, hires, provides feedback, supervises, develops, and leads the operations team. The manager also oversees multiple clients and projects simultaneously. This role also works closely with the President on general company operational tasks such operational efficiency, hiring, project set up, vendor partnerships and tradeshow attendance.
The janitorial supervisor's responsibilities include scheduling staff shifts, monitoring staff attendance, reporting absences, conducting staff performance reviews, quality control site audits, and liaison between client and crews. You should also be able to make recommendations to management regarding promotions, transfers, and dismissals. To be successful as a janitorial supervisor, you should demonstrate sound knowledge of various cleaning methods and excellent communication skills. Ultimately, an outstanding janitorial supervisor will display effective leadership skills to ensure the timely completion of staffs’ janitorial duties.
