Apply Stripping Cleaner

During the initial step of our floor maintenance service, we apply our strong stripping cleaner to your floor. This cleaning agent is similar to what other businesses use in mop buckets if they mop their floors.

This cleaning agent is extremely powerful, and when used correctly, it cures your floors in a way no other product can.

Let Cleaning Agent Sit

While the cleaning agent we use is extremely powerful, to be truly effective, we let our cleaning solution sit on the surface only for a short period of time. By doing this, we allow the solution to sink in and truly break down the various substances on your floor, such as dirt, mud, and grease.

Typically, the floor stripping agent sits on the floor for 10 to 20 minutes at a time before we move on to the next step. During this process, previous wax and sealants are removed.

Scrub Floors With Professional Tools

For this step, we use state-of-the-art equipment to scrub the cleaning agent onto your floors. Using these machines, we ensure every aspect of the floor is thoroughly covered and cleaned.

Additionally, our team members will edge hard-to-reach places in the rooms we clean. By edging difficult aspects of your floors, we guarantee that everything is done correctly.

Remove Cleaning Agent

After the cleaning solution has been thoroughly scrubbed into every inch of your floor, we will remove the cleaning agent with a variety of tools, which may include a wet vac.

Apply Citric Acid Base Product

Here, we will neutralize the cleaning agent with a base product before also using a specific set of tools, which may include a wet vac, to remove the substance.

This base product seals the floor for the time being, which allows it to maintain these characteristics for a long period of time.

Mop Floors & Dry

After the neutralizer has been removed from the floor, we simply mop the surface with water before using fans to completely dry your floor. As soon as the floors are completely dry, we dry dust the floor to ensure everything has been removed from the floor.

Apply Finish

In the final step of our process, we apply a wax finish to protect the floors we just cleaned. Depending on the floor type, we could apply a number of layers of finish to protect your floors.

After this final step is completed, your floor waxing is done and you and your employees are free to use the space. With the wax, your floor will continue to shine until your next cleaning.
